AIS, LLC dba Atlas Insurance Services is an Independent Insurance Agency based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. In April 2015, AIS became incorporated when New Mexico Property & Casualty Company, a well known local producer joined together to make an Independent agency.
AIS, LLC is able to offer various carriers both local and nationwide to help provide clients the right coverage for their insurance needs. We work with multiple brokers who have networks with numerous additional carriers that AIS, LLC is not directly appointed with but have access to write new business. Our goal is to provide competitive quotes for all lines of business and provide the best customer service for our insured’s.

MICHAEL "MIKE" PARISI
PRESIDENT
Mike Parisi has been in the insurance industry for 15 years. He started with ANPAC owning his own personal lines agency he then moved over to the Independent agency system to focus on commercial accounts. Thru out his career he has managed accounts as large as $6M annual premium volume. He has served on the board for the Independent Insurance Agents of New Mexico for the last 5 years and is past Chair. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and in 2008 he earned his CIC designation (Certified Insurance Counselor). Over his 15 year career he has served on several advisory boards including Hartford Small Commercial advisory group. In his spare time Mike enjoys traveling with his wife and 3 boys. He has an extreme passion for fly fishing and tries to fish five new waters every year.

Regina Webster is the Senior Account Manager with 15 + years’ experience in the insurance industry.
She minored in Insurance through the New Mexico State University Insurance Program and has a Property and Casualty License. She started as a medical only claims adjuster, moved to customer service relations, audits & accounting, underwriting, office manager and maintains a third-party book of business.
She loves spending time at the Abiquiu Lake camping and enjoying her family and friends.

Victoria, comes to AIS with an extensive customer service and advocacy background. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and minored in Business
Management.
She prides herself in assisting and supporting client’s needs, while ensuring the best services are provided.
When she is not at work, she loves spending time with her family and also volunteers when possible, to support the needs within the community.
Melissa has been in the insurance industry since 2000. In the 20 years of insurance experience she has specialized in personal lines; Auto, Home and Life Insurance. She has also dabbled in small commercial policies.
Helping clients get the best coverage for the best rate possible is what she loves to do. She prides herself in educating her clients to ensure they understand not only what is covered but what is not covered.
When she is not helping clients with their insurance needs, her focus is on her husband and daughter. As well as running a cattle ranch with her dad, as she says, “I am my dad’s boy”.

My name is Alyssa! I graduated from San Juan College in 2020 with an Associates degree in Psychology, but always knew I wanted to work in sales.
I acquired my Property and Casualty license in 2023, I consider it significant to continue to produce and learn.
I am excited to start this journey in insurance and am glad to have found my career so early in life.
Patti is the newest member to the AIS, LLC family.

Patti has been in the insurance industry since 1997. In her years of experience she has worked with personal lines, commercial lines on the agency and company side. She brings elite level of customer Focus and Services to the AIS, LLC office.
​
When she is not working she is at home enjoying her horses, chickens, cats and dogs. She has a great nephew that is the light of her life. She is a big part of 4H Club and helps with the New Mexico Horse Association.
IN MEMORY
We are saddened to report Judy Heffel passed away at home on September 28, 2020 from cancer. It was very unexpected.

Judy was born in St. Elmo, IL and leaves behind a wonderful husband of almost 40 years.
​
​Judy was with AIS, LLC for 4 years and had 40+ years experience in the insurance industry. She made a very big footprint with AIS, LLC.
​
Our Sweet Judy, she was a coworker, a friend, and a family member. Judy was one of the humblest individuals you will ever meet. She loved working in the insurance industry. She never knew how good she was at insurance. She never claimed to know everything, even in the 40 plus years she has been in the insurance industry.
She loved it so much on her days off she was working from home and out worked everyone in the office.

She always threatened us with the “R Word” Retirement; we were constantly joking around trying to figure out ways we can keep her with us always, not just because she was passionate about what she did but because she was a pleasure to be around.
​
The last time we saw her in the office was on September 8, 2020 and we would rather have her doing the “R Word” retiring than not being able to call her up to say hello.
​
We loved her very much and we are feeling the void of her presence daily. We do know that she is at peace and probably wrestling with her little brother Mikey by a lake and hanging with her beautiful westies.
​
We love you Judy Marie Heffel, you will forever be in our hearts, Sincerely your AIS Family.
